  • Minimum space requirement: 800 sq.ft for Yoga Center, 1200 sq.ft for Wellness Center
  • Minimum investment: ₹5 lakhs for Yoga Center, ₹10 lakhs for Wellness Center
  • Franchise fee: ₹2 lakhs (one-time, non-refundable)
  • Royalty: 8% of monthly revenue
  • Marketing fee: 2% of monthly revenue
  • Minimum contract term: 3 years

  • Clean and hygienic washroom facilities
