Candidate Requirements

To maintain the sanctity and standards of the Yuva Shakti Vod, candidates must meet the following:

Age & Background

  • Age: 15–35 years
  • Must be a Yoga Student, Yoga Player, or Yoga Teacher
  • Must have no criminal records or pending legal cases

Communication

  • Fluent in Hindi and your Native Language
  • Smart, confident, and well-spoken
  • Comfortable sharing personal yogic data/shorts for research

Application Conditions

  • Good smartphone and stable internet connection
  • 1–2 minute self-intro video (Hindi + native language)
  • 1–2 minute reference video from parents/colleagues
  • High-quality photos and videos of Yoga practice
  • Traditional Indian attire only (no western wear)
