  5. ❌ No Spamming/Self-Promotion – Excessive promotion without contribution is not allowed.
  6. ❌ No Hate Speech or Toxicity – Violations may lead to removal from the community.

Terms and Conditions 

By submitting the joining form and becoming a member of YogX, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (T&C). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Membership Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to join YogX.

  • Artists and committee members must provide accurate information in the application.

  • YogX reserves the right to reject or revoke membership if false details are provided.

2. Code of Conduct

✅ Respect & Inclusivity – No discrimination, harassment, or hate speech based on gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
✅ Professional Behavior – Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude within the community.
❌ No Plagiarism – All submitted work must be original. Copyright infringement will lead to immediate removal.
❌ No Spamming – Unsolicited promotion of external services/products is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Artists retain full ownership of their original work.

  • By participating in YogX events, you grant YogX a non-exclusive license to showcase your work (with due credit) for promotional purposes.

  • YogX will not commercially exploit your work without prior agreement.

4. Committee Responsibilities

  • Committee members must actively contribute to their assigned roles.

  • Failure to participate for 3 consecutive months without notice may result in removal.

  • Confidential information (e.g., event strategies, member data) must not be shared externally.

5. Events & Participation

  • YogX may organize free and paid events; members will be notified in advance.

  • Event rules (e.g., submission deadlines, judging criteria) must be strictly followed.

  • YogX is not liable for any loss or damage to artwork/performances during events.

6. Termination of Membership

YogX may terminate membership if a member:

  • Violates the Code of Conduct.

  • Engages in fraudulent or harmful activities.

  • Fails to comply with event or committee guidelines.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data (name, contact, portfolio) will be used only for YogX-related purposes.

  • Data will not be sold to third parties without consent.

8. Amendments to Terms

  • YogX may update these terms; members will be notified via email/announcements.

  • Continued membership implies acceptance of revised terms.
