6. YogX Community via Prime Trace Company
It’s imperative to understand that data pertaining to the “YogX Community” facilitated through the “Prime Trace” company is NOT hosted, maintained, or controlled by YogX Firm. This data is exclusively managed and secured by Prime Trace company, an independent entity.
YogX Firm explicitly states that any loss, compromise, or unauthorized access to data originating or residing within the YogX Community application, for which Prime Trace company is the designated data handler, shall be the sole responsibility of Prime Trace company. Our contractual agreement with Prime Trace company stipulates their full accountability for the security and integrity of that specific dataset. Users are encouraged to review Prime Trace company’s own privacy policy for information regarding their data handling practices. YogX Firm disclaims any and all liability for data breaches or losses attributable to the Prime Trace company’s systems or operations related to the YogX Community data.
7. Data Security
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Service.
